I always like these kinds of life-like clothes, which give the girls in VAM a kind of girl-next-door feeling. But there's a question, what is its current license? It shows PC in Meta, can I use it under the CC BY-NC terms?

It's still paid content so you cannot repackage the clothing. However the download is now free to everyone so you can share the clothing link in your credits if you use in a scene or for a look and they can download it for free.
