This is a simple plugin that helps you position mutiple people in symmetry in scene.

How to use it:

Add the plugin to any atom in the scene, open custom UI, adjust team size and then just click on Format button. It will position the people around this atom, you can then adjust the distance and rotation of all the people.

Please note it is better to turn off the collisions of some objects when formatting the team in case people collide with them. 

 When you use this with RenderToMovie or RenderToVR to render frame-based video, it creates nice team effect like this(put on earphones to enjoy with music):
