The keytar and chair are seperated in the asset bundle so you can move them around As well as the doors wich have animation patterns controlled with UI sliders so they can be opened and triggered.
I made a less cluttered version that can be toggled by a UI toggle button on the mirror wall.
The chair is a rigged model, stopper has a CUA controller plugin that can add controls to it but I left it out of the scene because I wasn't able to control it very well but you might be able to.
