License changed to FC

Didn't think people would actually this in their content. So I have changed the license to be more permissive. This means you can take the LUT PNG out of the package and include it in your own content without having to include a 10MB var as a dependency. Attribution is not necessary. I also apply this license change retroactively to version 1 of the var but the hub doesn't allow that officially.

No changes to the content.
