Plugins + Scripts Favorite Morphs Manager

• small UI update, most notable:
  • moved morph list to the right side and made it taller.
  • replace slider pagination with more intuitive set of buttons.
  • switching gender morph list now remember which page you were on before the switch.
• fix not properly unsubscribing from VAM favorite events when refreshing morphs before resub.
• fix bone morph filters not working as expected with morphs that had bone modifications.
• prevent presets actions (save/load...) when morph collection is empty or when refreshing.
