Assets Farger Phase 2

This update makes the following changes:
- Adds six levels of starfield flythrough (tunnel) effects, warp 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, each level progressing to higher speeds.
-- The motion of the stars in the warp 1 starfield is extremely slow, the stars will look like they are not moving, but in VAM the stars are moving about 1 millimeter per second.
-- Because of this lack of noticeable motion, it is possible to use a number of warp 1 tunnels for night scenes on planets..
- A warp jump bubble effect is included that simulates the strain on space-time as your starship activates the warp drive.
-- Yes, Brandon, this is all real!
- Adds a new demo scene 7 in which you start out traveling at Warp 3; buttons (right side of scene) are provided to switch to warp 1, 3, and 6.
-- Please examine the demo scene in order to get an idea concerning how far these assets need to be positioned in a scene.
-- If you want more stars, just keep adding more tunnels in the same position, the new demo scene uses two tunnels at a time.
- Adds a random golden halo because a friend asked for one. No further questions your honor.

- Adds breaking the particle barrier effects (3 variants) *please note that these effects consist of brief flashes of particles that repeats every 10 seconds
- Adds containment field effects (3 variants)
- Adds power of the force effects (2 variants)
- Adds the Omega 13 particle effect
- Adds Farger 2.0 Demo Scene 6 to illustrate some of the new effects
- Repairs bug in three previously released effects that did not scale properly
-- Cybernet, hologram rays v3 and hologram rays v4 can now all be properly scaled by adjusting the size of the CUA.

This update adds the following:
- Three new hologram ray variants (also includes a hologram projector stage asset)
- A Cybernet effect
- Rise of the Phoenix
- A new set of dramatic effects called "chaos theory"
- A series of starfield flythrough animations previously posted in other scenes/assets, thereby making these effects now CC-BY
- The "Phase 2 Demo 5" scene that illustrates some of the new particle effects
