I will add an option in v3 to disable that blue static light of the Lap Dance. Maybe that will help with performance a bit. You can also disable booty magic to lower the load on your CPU without loosing much quality.
You can also take a look at the hairs physics settings of the model you are using. Default is 16 curve density / 16 multiplier. The multiplier setting eats GPU quick especially on older systems and when being close to the hair.
