Default appearance change

Updated default appearance to match the one found in new Gift of Love scene (can still use UI triggers to load previous clothing/hair/pose presets if desired); body morphs condensed to reduce dependencies.

Also included new Appearance Preset GiftOfLove to easily load into other scenes.

Updated Appearance Preset

Appearance preset was missing 3 references that I had added to the Showcase scene. The new preset "VzR3d Eve" now matches the one found in the scene.

Eve - Showcase Scene

Now features several customization options within her scene (see main page for more details)
