Fixed missing morph dependency ("Chin Type1" from the Qbase EasyMate Morphs)

It's all in the title - fixed VAR json and dependency list to include a morph unavailable on the Hub, and to prevent an error about a missing "Testitou_Alexa" (???) clothing item.
