this apartment is absolutely fantastic especially the bathroom and toilet.

however it's quite lag when I load the asset in another scene, not sure what am I missing here

This asset is BRILLIANT! THIS is how environments should look like! Movable doors, a switchable light source for every room, all rooms so detailed... 10 of 5 stars for you! However I did not yet figure out what the "transparent" switch does...
