Slight tweak

Just some speech lines changes

Hub rules changes and Doggie mode added

To fit in with the Hub's Terms and Rules, I changed the characters from v1 and "story". This is now about the tenant being late on her rent and pleading to the landlord to give her an extension, however she can.
The landlord is still a creep and needs some assurance she is serious.

The overlay black screen is now fixed

Sorry everyone, my 2 brain cells got overwhelmed and confused Fade In with Fade Out when using the initial black screen story.
