Rewrite the original code, fix some known problems and add some new features.

1. Rewrite the original code.
2. Fixed some errors in user feedback.
3. Remove the logic of restoring when loading the scene, because the effect is not good.
4. You can now set the radius of the grab ball and whether to display the grab ball.
5. The operation is simpler.

Bug Fix and New Feature.

Fixed: when the position of the grab ball is manually adjusted, the position of the grab ball and the mouse will be offset when pressing alt.

Added: Switches for the current grabbing ball and all grabbing balls. It is convenient to do related animation.
