This is a copy of the autofit clones for Daz3D, originally created by catherine3678a on the Daz3d forums. They released this for free back in 2017 with no mention of a licence so I believe it is fine to post them here. They can't be found easily online anymore and people often ask for them so I'm posting them here in case anyone wants them. If there are any issues with this resource being posted here, I'll happily remove it.

These clone morphs can be used in Daz3D to convert clothing between Genesis versions. Just copy the files into your Daz library as usual and then you should have more options when autofitting clothing in Daz.

For example, if you wanted to convert a G8F clothing item to G2F (the figure VAM uses) you would load a G2F figure into the scene, then attempt to load the G8F clothing item onto it. You should then get a popup asking to autofit the item. Select the appropriate source clone morph from the list along with an appropriate item type and apply it. This should automatically fit the clothing item to the G2F model. It is pretty reliable and works well most of the time, but some clothing items don't work as well so your mileage may vary depending on what you want to convert.

Once the clothing item has been autofit to the G2 model, it can be imported into VAM using the usual clothing import method.

Please bear in mind that you still need to follow any licences for the items you convert, should you want to share them publicly. I accept no responsibility for anyone sharing anything they shouldn't when using this resource!
