Am I stupid or does this program throw out photos of poor quality, i.e. unusable?

I specifically stated in the description that after using this service, the photo needs to be put through a quality and resolution enhancement. In any case, in the absence of a photo with a neutral facial expression, it is impossible to get a quality texture even with a good quality photo
