1.3 - Boring maintenance update

This update completely changes the file structure to prepare for the upcoming second volume of lingerie. The second volume will depend on Set 1 so I needed to make adjustments. The only new 'content' here is a demo scene with mannequin but this was included just to enable VaM to recognise that there are dependencies floating around.

1.2 Now free to all and Hub-hosted

Now free to all and Hub-hosted. Wet panties texture has been added to match the upcoming wet shirt textures.
