- Added auto mouth open functionality similar to anus & mouth, drives the native morph "Mouth Open Wide 2".
- Added new Proximity Pre-Open morph effect to have more consistency across different poses, including mouth.

- just one small change, changed the morphs to pose morphs as suggested by TBD to be able to save appearence while the plugin is on.
