I really like her face but can you make a second version of Alisha giving her female genitalia instead?!

To change her to a female you simply need to select one of the built in default female skins. Select the model, Select Root, Skin Select, then change the skin to a female skin. If you want also go to the male morphs tab and uncheck use female morphs on male.
