Hand drawn acne details for the face, cause I really couldn't find any already made that I liked! these were quickly made on my phone with ibispaint, so they're not super high quality, but I enjoy them.
The names of the image files tell you what they are; opacity first and then 1 or 2. 1 is light and 2 is heavy. for example, 601 is light acne at 60% opacity, and 1002 would be heavy acne with 100% opacity.
