How To
Add an empty CUA to your scene. In the "Preset" tab, load the "American Muscle Car 1971" preset. The CUA will be loaded and comes all set up with the following scripts and Blooprints, which can be configured via their script UI or triggers:| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Animator Controller | Controls all animations. Use its parameters to open & close doors, and change steering and speed. Blooprints like Engine will update according to the speed and steering values set here. |
| BLOOPRINT Colors | Change the car body color and material properties, as well as the exhaust VFX color. |
| BLOOPRINT Engine | Updates the exhaust VFX according to speed and steering to simulate movement. Use the "Engine On" toggle to start and stop the engine. |
| BLOOPRINT Steering | Syncs the animator controllers steering value to the steering wheel. |
| BLOOPRINT Lights | Provides various settings to turn different lights on/off and change their intensity. Use the "Turn Signal" chooser to easily switch between turn signal states. |
| BLOOPRINT Auto Speed Lights | Automatically turns brake and reverse lights on/off according to speed changes. |
| BLOOPRINT Sound Effects | EXPERIMENTAL Plays sound effects for turning engine on/off, engine speed & acceleration, and turn signal. It's quite rough at the moment, especially he engine sounds and transitions. But turning on the ignition feels kind of cool, and the turn signal sounds are a nice touch. |
