I’ve reduced the mesh count as much as possible, and capped the material resolution for less important background elements at 2K. This has noticeably improved performance.

- Blinds are too thin, causing visual artifacts from certain angles, especially in VR.
- Floor material resolution is lower than desired.
- Bed height is too high.
