Nails where you can change color for every detail

To change color go to clothing > customize > material tab > Diffuse/Specular color panel
To adjust nails go to clothing > customize > adjustments > Surface Offset
I recommend to change smooth passes to 2 in User Preferences
Known morphs that can cause clipping are Finger Width, Finger Length, Body Tone and mostly morphs that possibly can change finger shape or body in general. There is no particular way to track all morphs but it can give you starting point where to find an issue
