This is a derivative of Limbs and Soles Details by VAMXOXO, made into a layer that is ready to be easily applied to whichever skin's normal map you desire without seams.
The package also includes feet & hands details already applied to @Riddler 's Skin 4 and Skin 8. Just select said skin's normal maps from their original package and select Limbs normal map from mine.
