These are @mopedlampe 's Morwyn tattoo decals combined with @RenVR 's Samantha freckles with matching makeup options as well as a white version of the tattoo decals for use with darker skin tones.
The var contains skin overwrite presets for the various face makeup option as well as the white tattoos. Because of how overwrite presets work (they alter some settings of existing skin) you might be better off slotting these manually into the decal slots instead of using the presets. Overwrite presets will load the decals on top of whatever skin you have selected only changing the face, torso and limbs decal slots so any diffuse, gloss, spec and normal textures you have loaded will not change. As mentioned some of the other settings can change like the diffuse color in the color picker so depending on situation manual loading might be necessary.
