Animatis – A Lightweight Keyframe Animation Tool for Virt-A-Mate
About Animatis
(Not Tested in vr-give feedback pleace)Animatis is a simple, efficient, and beginner-friendly animation plugin for Virt-A-Mate.
It lets you create smooth animations quickly using a minimal UI, clean controls, and a straightforward keyframe workflow designed for newcomers and anyone who prefers a lightweight tool.
Animatis is not meant to replace or compete with Timeline.
Instead, it focuses on being:
✔ Fast to set up
✔ Easy to understand (even for complete beginners)
✔ Lightweight and modular
✔ Perfect for simple movements, loops, poses, and short sequences
This is my first released plugin, so honest feedback — good or bad — is always welcome.
Animatis was made with the help of AI tools, and the goal is simply to provide a smaller, friendlier alternative to Timeline for people who want to animate quickly without feeling overwhelmed.
Thank You
A huge thank you to AcidBubbles and CheesyFX for their inspiration.
Without their work on Timeline and BodyLanguage, Animatis wouldn’t exist.
And of course — to every creator on the Hub who shares plugins, assets, morphs, clothing, textures, scenes, and ideas… your work is what makes our community amazing.
I hope this small plugin earns a little place in your workflow.
