MotionToTCode - MotionToTCode for you!

MotionToTCode is a VaM plugin that sends character movements to TCode-compatible devices, including stroking, rotation, tilt, and lateral movement.

The device connection code and parts of the interface come from ToySerialController 24 by Yoooi0. The core contact detection and motion calculation logic was developed separately.

The main difference is how the plugin detects interactions between characters. It takes into account the current shape and curvature of the...

Any possibility later to invert axis separately? Tried two different scenes, one cowgirl and one reverse cowgirl, and the forward/back tilt was inverted for both. Also did a grinding scene and it just,, seems off in the virtual display.

Got it. I’ll add axis inversion. For some reason, I forgot about those important settings.

As for something looking wrong, I’ll need a more precise description from you. From a general comment like that, I couldn’t understand what exactly is wrong or what you would like to see instead.

Axis inversion has been added to the new version.

Hi! This looks like a great plugin — the contact-based area detection and the virtual device preview are really nice additions.

I wanted to ask: could you add an axis limiter (per-axis min/max clamping), similar to the one in ToySerialController or MultiFunPlayer by Yoooi0?

It would be really useful for preventing the device from exceeding safe travel ranges on individual axes (L0, L1, L2, R0, R1, R2), especially when stroke range and smoothing are already adjustable. Ideally it would let you set independent limits per axis, and be saved/loaded with the rest of the settings.

Thanks
