Don't need to answer me — I've often thought that anyway.
When my patience finally reached its limit, this plugin was born.

Earlier versions did not handle nearby / style joints correctly, so on some styles an unseen force would pull the strands back to the original side once SIM was on. Thanks to BANANANA for the report.


I thought this would be a quick fix and even planned to take the plugin down for a short time. Getting the fix and the full automation right took much longer than expected — sorry about that.
I almost gave up and switched...

Conversely, setting those values to zero makes the hair appear as though it is trying to revert to its original position from before the copy.

It seems that while the hair recognizes the "Tip," "Main," and "Root" positions, some other lingering data is pulling it back toward the source position.

However, there are hairstyles that don't cause any issues, so I'm not entirely sure.
For now, I'm just sharing the information.
