Thank you for your work! Mask Offset really needed a negative valueThanks for letting me know! Let me check this on my end again — sorry for the trouble.
Update:
Found and fixed a real bug with the clothing mask when multiple items are worn at once — thanks for taking the time to report it with those screenshots, that's what made it possible to track down. Fixed in v5, submitting shortly.
One note on your setup: hat, accessories, Iris+Nails etc. were all active together. The clothing mask picks up every active clothing item, including things unrelated to tanning. Go to the Clothing tab and uncheck anything that isn't actual swimwear — that's what it's for.
Heavy layered setups like that go beyond what this plugin was designed to handle, so I can't guarantee every combination of accessories works cleanly. If you exclude the unrelated items first and still see something odd, feel free to report back.
THX.
Posting modified/reworked source code publicly in the thread isn't really in line with the Hub's forum rules, even though the license (CC-BY) allows modification itself. Would you mind removing the attached file?Bro, I’m cooked, I couldn’t get anything to work with GPT. Your code is hardcore, and I just made a mess of it with GPT. I only got part of the result I wanted, but in this state the plugin is messing up the grid
I’m done talking to GPT. You’re awesome if you can write code like this!
Here’s the last file out of all the files GPT gave me, if you’re interested
Bugfix.
Version 6.0 combines the beautiful lines produced by Version 3.0 with the precision achieved in Version 5.0.

Awesome! Can’t wait! Also, I'm about to publish v6, which merges v3 and v5. Please hold off on patching v3 by hand and try v6 once it's up.
The Mask Offset slider started changing the brightness of the untanned areas too (it adds darkness in the negative range) and also changes the mask contrast. Is this a new feature? I didn’t have this in versions 3 and 5, I thinkCalvados updated TanLineMaker with a new update entry:
TanLineMaker Ver 6.0

It is a by-product resulting from combining V3 and V5.The Mask Offset slider started changing the brightness of the untanned areas too (it adds darkness in the negative range) and also changes the mask contrast. Is this a new feature? I didn’t have this in versions 3 and 5, I think![]()
i use 8k tex for all (sometimes 16k though unity stay it does not support that but i see diffrence), but thats from user point of view, i do not know how 8k could work on your plugin couse sometimes xk grow exponetnialy not linerear in case of gpu or cpu load.Easy for you to say, Bro.
Have you thought about the hardware load when it jumps to 8192?
I actually use 8K normal maps and stuff myself, so are you sure you want me to implement this?
I mean, I can try it, but don't come crying to me if it breaks.
Remember, I'm the one who has to deal with the support tickets... lol
It supports 8K, right? Did you check the latest version? I'm not doing 16K support, Bro....loli use 8k tex for all (sometimes 16k though unity stay it does not support that but i see diffrence), but thats from user point of view, i do not know how 8k could work on your plugin couse sometimes xk grow exponetnialy not linerear in case of gpu or cpu load.
