JayJayWon submitted a new resource:

VoxtaTouch - Easy person touch event integration with Voxta

VoxtaTouch is a VAM plugin designed to work with Voxta AI by AcidBubbles (https://www.patreon.com/c/Voxta/). VoxtaTouch will feed event messages to Voxta to indicate when a character in VAM has been touched. The event message will specify where the VAM person is touched and which atom/person did the touching. This will prompt the AI character to respond verbally in Voxta, in accordance with the Voxta scenario. The force/speed of the touch will also affect the event message. Its...

Wow! Hadn't had the time yet to try, but does it also reacts on VR hand touches?

Will the person touched know where they were touched? I mean this would be great in so many ways even outside of Voxta!

Yes, the message sent to Voxta will say something like:

/event {main_user} touched Person1 on the breasts

Doesn't seem to work for me (VR hands). Where can I check the log to see if it does? So far what I did was touch her and ask her "where am I touching you?" to which she would reply "you are not touching me"

Can you share a screenshot of what the plugin UI looks like? I think there is an option there to enable event logging to the VAM Log screen.

Yep there is! But I didn't find any entries in the log after enabling it.

My Voxta is also not up to date. Could that be a problem?

So that first screenshot says "AUDIO ATOM NOT CORRECTLY SET IN VOXTA PLUGIN". But it looks correctly set in the second screenshot. Did you set the AudioAtom after taking that first screenshot? What version of the Voxta plugin are you using?

Nop, no cheating, lol! I'm on v.46

That's a very cool plugin, it also recognize the velocity, I accidentally slapped her and she said "mhh, you wanna play ruff with me huh!"
good job!

Great plugin. I think you should have an option so it only registers VR hands as during sex scenes there is too much contact.

Yes thats a good idea. I'll release an update with that at some point.

That is an option in version 1.1 that I have just released.

I love this plugin! I haven't wrapped my head around telling voxta to do stuff without just talking so this is honestly so sick. It would be great if we could toggle off/on certain parts of the person atom not just the entire person atom because some of the contextual dialogue you get in sex scenes is too good to disable completely. If I could turn off basically the whole body other than genitals it would be perfect haha.
Again, incredible plugin!

I seem to be having an issue where "Character Can Speak / Reply" gets unchecked after I touch the voxta enabled person atom. This prevents voxta from responding.

Great plugin, thanks for getting it to the community, I've been adding it every time I make a scene with Voxta.

I do have one request though. I appreciate adding reaction timer limits, so that I can set how often the touch events actually talk to Voxta. In all of my Voxta scenes I handle events that could trigger a message request in several other ways as well.

First, I track if the character is currently talking, actively listening to STT input, or thinking about how to respond, and if they are then I shunt the message to an early escape. That event never becomes a message request. This is the bulk of the incidental events that can trigger, but when something more critical happens, I bypass the 'IsSpeaking/IsListening/IsThinking' check and just request a message that will interrupt the character if they are speaking, say an important story beat, or an important sexual event.

From what I can tell, this plugin just always makes a new message request, essentially interrupting any of the above three states. I'm not sure how you could add some sort of hook to the trigger events here, so that I could insert my own logic or not, but some options to check if the character is actively speaking, listening, or thinking about a reply, that would probably cover 90% of my concerns.

I'm also aware that it's possible to handle most, or all, of this logic in the Voxta event handling interface, but for the time being I'm keeping most of my logic inside the VaM scene, as it's just easier for me at the moment to keep everything in one place.

Thanks, and thanks for making a super neat plugin.

I'm unlikely to develop this plugin further to be honest. You might want to check out Voxta Touch Elite to see if that helps: https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/voxtatouchelite.65967/
