Plugins + Scripts Hair Let Loose (Modified Version, originally by everlaster)

The original Hair Let Loose plugin by everlaster had not been updated for a long time.
So I made some improvements to address areas that felt unfinished.

When loading a scene that uses this plugin, no error logs will appear.
Even if the scene is saved while the feature is active, the original hair settings can generally be restored.
Of course, the feature itself will also remain functional.

There was an issue where the option values you set were reset in packaged scenes. I’ve fixed that.

Profile and preset features have been added.
You can also assign triggers to each profile.

Whenever a profile is changed, the event trigger assigned to that profile will fire.
This is mainly intended for loading hair presets.

I confirmed that after configuring each hair preset, saving the scene, and loading it again, everything works correctly.
The test after packaging and loading the scene also passed.
