I got a new computer and a 50xx series card earlier thus year, I remember turning on vam and getting it to work using a previous install on external ssd.

It lookedc10x better but I don't remember trying sound because I couldn't get my voice converter working with thr new tech so i just walked away for a while and wouldnt of noticed no sound if that was happening then, now that I have the voice changer working working I have gone back to vam and found no sound works at all.

No default audio source nor any added, yet sound works everywhere else on my computer and in games just not vam.

I have no idea what is actually happening or how to fix it, I saw previous people talking about making sure its not muted in audio mixer at system tray but weird enough it doesn't come up in audio mixer when it should playing sound during a scene

Now I was thinking Maybe it's because I installed it while running almost a whole other system so it hasn't lached onto the audio drivers.

I'm trying to avoid a reinstall so I don't lose my scenes, previous work or the excessive amount of downloads it takes to fill out vam as you could probably understand.

What is the problem here? And even more importantly how do I fix this?

If everything else has audio... it should work.

Create a new fresh install on the side and try this one without adding anything more than the base install.

This is going to sound really dumb, but I restarted my computer and now the sound works for some unexplained reason. (Leaving this here, just incase this happens to anyone else).

BTW thanks for the reply, I enjoy your plug-ins. You do good work.
