Hello, is there a way to lock model position (where i want) and when i load/change model pose , model to dont return to its default position ?

I'm guessing you're using the "save pose" and "load pose" from the Control&Physics 1 page.

That's outdated, and shouldn't really be used anymore, as it causes issues such as you're experiencing. Instead use the "pose preset" tab.

If you have a bunch of saved poses, you'll have to move them over manually. load pose, save pose preset, and repeat.

Save the new pose presets without checking the box to store the root node. That makes them usable in any location, but you will probably have to rotate the model to match the scene. In other words, to go from a standing pose to a laying down pose requires both the pose preset, and some manual rotation. If you do store the root node, this is handled automatically, but then the location becomes what was stored in the pose.
