I admit I'm terrible at recognizing popular figures. Was she in a band called ... and the Banshees?
Do you mean Siouxie and the Banshees? No, but i can't tell anything more, as the figure is intended to be a fantasy character, although inspired by a real person.
I think if you walk like an Egyptian during wintertime you might figure out who she is suppose to be
