There's an action called "Swap Free Move Axis" that switches them around. You may have to bind it to a control (or maybe a chord), which means you might have to press that control once each time you start the game.
Yes, there is. I have my Index thumb stick click set to do that. Here's a guide:

The guide has example settings. You don't have to do everything in it. For toggling the hand, it's in the image that says "Thumb...
The easiest way would be to open your .json files in a text editor (like Notepad++) and look at them directly. You can search for ":/" (without quotes) to find your var references. You can then either edit the JSON directly (be sure to make a backup!), or figure what it's referring to and remove...
The banner's a nice touch. It's Javascript that's embedded in the page. It simply shuffles through a playlist of MP4 videos. There are currently 4 videos.

Edit it in a test editor (e.g. Notepad).
Change "OpenVR" to "oculus" (without quotes) and save.
FYI, "OpenVR" is the name of the standard for SteamVR. This is not to be confused...
Your clothing .vaj files reference the "/Dropped textures" folder from "Origin69.Super_Suit.latest". It looks like you fixed the textures in the scenes, but not in the clothing items themselves.
Also, you can cut out "Dropped textures" from the meta.json file. I haven't built a VAR in a while...
I saw something like this in a scene once. It went away after I downloaded some missing dependencies. I think it had to do with this plugin:
Supplementary colliders for male & futa
Do you have a plugin preset that auto loads or something?
