    May I confirm with you whether the Primary Clothing itself in the demo video is a double sided cloth with closed geometry? I am asking because I am wondering how to deal with the edge thickness of the primary clothing and make it stable like real thickness in the simulation.

    I have suggested Chokaphi- auther of the Decal maker plugin that he add a feature that allow export the decals as clothing items(like without sim). So we can find the exported decal clothings in the clothing tab, and this is especially useful for making eye glowing effects in a much easier way...
