Sometimes I want to add an evironment to a scene but I have to load other assets to complete it. Could a plugin help here to load the complete environment with the assets?

I thought this was working before. I have linked an helmet asset to a persons head and also want to link the hand holding it. Asset -> Person -> Head Person -> rhand controller -> asset The second one is not working.
