Hi Guest!
We have posted a new VaM2 dev log on Patreon, starting a monthly cadence of written progress updates between Beta releases. Highlights include the new Gizmos System, Selection Carousel, and Modes System with Context-Specific Editing. Beta1.2 is 15 of 21 items complete.
still working on this. the blender file this came from has encoded pngs being feed through a shader. so i have to render all the textures so it'll take some time. currently at 30 assets, but there will be more as it's going to have gear for the helmet, torso, waist, thigh, and shin.
This time everything should be in order. hopefully. might do a modular odst set from Strider on Discord in the "The Halo Archives" server, "Asset-Uploads" Channel.

If the shaders don't work then i'll have to remove the decals all together cause i'm not going to go through blender and remap all the uv's for the decal to force a cut-out render.
thought that might happen. the problem is that the decal material in unity is set to render mode "cut-out" rather than "opaque". so for some reason Vr vam can't render anything but opaque. i'll have to manually modify the uv's in blender and have it be cut-out through the uv rather than through...
please do let me know if that fixes the decal and thigh problem. also make sure to grab the techsuit from Testitou here https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/techsuit.14667/
Kyle The Man updated Halo 4 Spartan Recruit with a new update entry:
forgot to add vamifier to R thigh and replaced colorscale with Matcap by Plugin ideas

the issue with the decals is that they are set in render "Cutout" so vamifier skips over it, but i'm able to get it to render right with matcap. hope this will fix the Vr problem. if not then i might need to merge the two back together.
i think i know what's going on here. i forgot to put the Vamifier on the right thigh. and the decals use color scale. i'll up date the file in a bit and try and figure another way to modify the color on the decals.
