Is there a way too open a scene that's "too big"?
I had that happen to me also. I would try moving all VARS from AddonPackages folder to another location, leaving only the latest timeline plugin there. Then I would launch VAM and try to open the scene. If it opens, just optimize keyframes and save it under another name, to be safe. Then move...
