i still have the same problem, so i put Vam.exe, and https://hub.virtamate.com/ = in antivirus and firewall exceptions, i though it would be work but it still have the same problem, ?? do i need to completely turn off the antivirus and firewall? any help would be highly appreciated...

I have the same problem, VAM HUB failed to fetch hub info , i don't have antivirus, so i can't turn off any antiviruses
