Was not loading because Skin was not loaded yet. Added logic to wait for Skin to load.

Yes, that can happen. I think you can turn off collision in the SkinVertexLink plugin? Might help? Really depends on how the physics in the source CUAs have been configured.

The only way to really manage multiple animations with heels vs flat feet, is to set the pose of the feet to flat for all animations. This way you can use ShowHelper with all Heels. You will need special handling for Harli heels if you ever want to use them again though. You can offset the...

Torso mask was including shoulders / upper arms where that should only be part of the Limbs mask. Thanks to @xvcentox for reporting the issue.
