VaM 1.x Plugin to only trigger X if Y is happening
Agreed with what Hazm has said, and I'd point you to LogicBricks. Starting an animation, you can set the "AcceptTrigger" to True on a 'Relay' instance/plugin. Then when you 'Trigger' that instance later, you're essentially saying: if AcceptTrigger == true { do actions } -

Not a solution, but an alternative-- there is the option to use the built in lipsync! Looks like you're doing a lot of mouth and visime animation here mate, maybe not be worth the effort given the lipsync tool. Cheers. -
