Ended up making 3 premade body types with unmodified heads in Blender thin/med/muscle to save time. Usually don't bother making the body now. Maybe modify it abit, but just recycling them saves a lot of effort.

I did something extremely similar myself early on, its now grown a bit so i have about 40 diff bods to mash up. allows me to spend 99% of my time making the face add a quick bod, make tweaks and go which is the way I like it!
