Decals for breast tan lines - ONLY! No genital tan lines.

Based off of DJs original tan lines package, I reworked some of his torso decals to exclude the waist/genital tan lines. Not taking anything away from DJ's great work, but sometimes the genital decal just doesn't look right on some models, and his original torso decals included some of the genital area decal on it, so you couldn't just omit using the genital decal.
