Eye Saccades Preset - A simple Plugin Preset to trigger micro eye saccades on your model

Hello everyone, just sharing a simple plugin preset I made.

Simply put, this plugin preset uses the VaM-default FloatParamRandomizer plugin to trigger random eye saccades on your person atom. The below GIFs from the VaM default scene should demonstrate the difference.

This is designed to work with the default 'Person' atom, but it's easy to change it if you've named your person atom something...

too bad, that the standard eye angle is offset and the models are always staring at your hair/forehead. If I enable this plugin I cannot offset the eye angle, as this plugin controls said angle. maybe you could add the offset in your plugin, as it would be a plugin I would add load as default.

Ah okay, I never noticed that before but maybe it's more noticeable in VR.

I'm afraid I don't have the plugin creation knowledge to go further than this (I even struggled to make this simple one 😅). However I did add the ability to disable either the up/down or left/right portion of the plugin. So I guess if the eyes are too high up by default, you could disable the up/down part of the plugin and control the eye offset yourself, while letting the plugin control the left/right saccades.

But yeah I know that's not an ideal solution, sorry!

Out of curiosity, what up/down eye offset do you use to fix the hair/forehead issue? I could potentially expand the parameter ranges and allow the minimum 'Up' position to be below 0. So for example, if you need -10 as the default, you could set the saccade range between -15 to -5. That'd be within my capabilities if it would help.

If I gould set it below 0, it would be fixed. I think I have it at -4 normally. I know it seems minor, but its so obviozs in VR, that I wonder why I never heard anyone else mentioning it. It was fine some builds ago, as I have been away from VAM for a while.

No problem, yeah I don't have VR myself so I never noticed it, but now that you mention it I can kind of see it even in desktop mode lol. I'll update the plugin to give more control over the range parameters.
