Considering how HuntingSuccubus' "realistic eye" clothing item deforms depending on the girl that it's applied to, I have a hard time believing this statement. Do you have screenshots of other girls wearing your eyeliner?

There is some deformation that occurs, but it is barely noticeable, at least in desktop mode anyway
