I’ve already removed most of the old files, because they were affecting my creative workflow.

As far as I remember, this look was based on one of my previous appearances, though the body shape was probably adjusted. The outfit, hair, and other related assets should also be somewhere in my content or dependency files. If you spend some time looking through them, you should be able to piece it back together.
