The scene included in the download works fine for me, but when I save the look as a preset and then load it in another scene (e.g. the default scene), then I get this additional 'tongue':

It disappears if I turn the Chica Head morph down, but a lot more disappears then as well..
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Its the roof of the mouth, its a common issue. Just reset the pose and you'll be good.

Not sure if I'm just complaining about nothing, or my device is actual dogshit, but every time I try to load it, hell even one of the models, it struggled to load it. Not sure if its something on it, or something else, it just crashed vam soon later, I don't know what to do, idk what do put here now
