i've checked both of the creators and none of them seems to have this look. i wonder if its custom made by someone else

i don't have the scene xD. just found it in some discord screenshot and the user seems inactive

That was just what came first to my mind. Thought maybe it's a customized look from there. There are a lot other creator of course.
