Here is the result in vam from the extracted asset and creating a new assetbundle . no cua editor or vamifier
i created light emissions for the monitor, mouse, keyboard, PC dell logo, microwave ,cam screen and studio light .
created a normal map for the couch.
and just one lamp used in the scene .

this looks so much better. I guess I will replace my version with this one if you are fine with it.
It is yours LoL , did you want it like yours with a prefab couch .
as i was only trying the main part to test. no need to credit me .
the CC couch from sketchfab just having the baked textures . no normal , light emissive or specular maps .
i think it was the brightness of the materials that was making the textures look light grey, i may have cranked up to much , but was just for testing
if you want i can package the unity asset and you can import it into your unity project and see what i did .
