Help to Plugin : Video Renderer for 3D

Hi, I'm trying to make a vr video. I have followed the settings suggested here in the forum -all of them. But when I run the plugin together with Timeline, the video just becomes choppy and too fast. I have a 3070ti (8gb) graphics card + 32gb ram so there should be no problem. What am I doing wrong (see video). Why is it like this?

I think you need to use "Real Time" Time mode in Timeline, and your video must have the same fps as what you used when capturing
