Question plugin or scene that can dial in a models measurements

Is there a plugin or scene that can dial in a models measurements?
If I want to match a lookalike's measurements for hips, waist and breast without messing with 20 morphs?

BodyNet exists, but I'm not sure if it will do what you're wanting - I never fully figured out how to use it properly myself.
